Self-Pay
For patients without insurance or those choosing to pay out-of-pocket, Clarity offers transparent and competitive self-pay rates for our services. We believe in making mental health care affordable. Below are some examples of the cash rates for the most common appointment types (these are base prices and other fees may apply):

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $250 – Includes a comprehensive assessment, personalized treatment plan. This initial session may involve medical history review, psychological evaluation, and lab orders if needed.

Follow-Up Medication Management (15-30 minutes): $125 – For ongoing medication monitoring, adjustments, and brief check-ins.

Ketamine Therapy (IV and nasal): Call for pricing – For treatment resistant conditions like depression, PTSD, and anxiety.

Psychotherapy Session (45-60 minutes): $225 – Includes individual therapy sessions with a licensed provider, utilizing evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Benefits of Membership: Both plans offer predictable monthly costs, discounted additional services, and priority access to care, making it easier to maintain consistent treatment. The Comprehensive Care Plan is ideal for patients needing both therapy and medication management, while the Therapy Care Plan suits those focused on psychotherapy.
Enrollment: Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, with automatic renewal unless canceled with 30 days’ notice. To join, contact our office at (575) 265-4477 or email info@claritymhw.com to discuss your needs and complete the enrollment process. Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward other services. Unused monthly appointments do not roll over but can be rescheduled within the same month if availability permits. Additional fees may apply for services like lab tests, ketamine treatments, or administrative tasks outside the membership scope.
